Boss Man Jamie lives locally in the Illawarra with his beautiful wife Erin and their daughter Emelia.
Jamie started the business over four years ago, in the hope that one day his business would focus more so on high end bathroom renovations. We are glad to say, we have succeeded.
With a passion for transforming bathroom spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, Jamie Bartolotta is a distinguished plumber and bathroom all-rounder, known for his passionate and innovative approach.
Jamie is always looking for ways to improve and grow both within in his business and personally. Jamie believes in paramount service, ensuring only the absolute best in both his work and client relationships.
Maddy lives on her family farm with her partner Coen, their baby Elena and their two adorable Groodles.
With a passion for all things property, Maddy studied Real Estate but recently decided to take a break from her role as a Property Manager to focus on raising her daughter.
Her real estate background is a driving force behind a lot of what we do as she knows from her experiences what our clients’ need and expect.
Maddy’s positive energy brings a refreshing dynamic to our team and her enthusiasm for her work translates into outstanding customer service. She also keeps us boys in check and on track.
Andy is our fourth year apprentice. He is currently undertaking his plumbing licence at Wollongong Tafe.
Andy has worked as part of our team for over three years now and is an absolute asset to Bartlotta Bathrooms & Plumbing. He is a driving force behind the work we complete and is always keen to take on and learn more.
In his spare time, he enjoys camping with the lads and swimming at the beach.
Andy’s hard working attitude and customer communication is second to none.

Cruz recently completed work experience with the Bartolotta Team, and we knew we couldn’t lose him to someone else.
He definitely had to earn his keep, enduring a tough work trial. We knew almost instantly that he would be an extremely valuable member to the Bartolotta Team. His work ethic and eagerness to learn is a credit to him. It will ensure a long and successful career in the plumbing trade.
Outside of work Cruz spends most of his time training for footy with the Steelers Harold Matts team.
